Everyone wants to improve their credit. The score is what dictates your life. It relays how much you pay on a loan, if you can land a better job, or how much of a loan you can handle. It ultimately determines where you live, what kind of car you drive, whether you can furnish your domicile all at once or piece-by-piece. Credit is extremely important in today's society.
When my husband and I planned to buy a condominium, his credit was so poor he couldn't get a piece of gum on layaway! I was able to use this method and he quickly qualified for both a VA and a FHA loan, which was no simple task! He didn't have to pay anything off and I've NEVER had to pay anything that has made it's way to my credit report because I know these secrets!
I'm going to provide my knowledge of improving credit to you free of charge! You can immediately begin to use my letters to improve your credit, legally and quickly!
Please follow my instructions step by step. It's easier plus skipping around will only screws things up. I've perfected it & it works over & over again! It works for new collection accounts as well as old collection accounts. Apartment collection accounts, court records, closed/charged off credit card accts, etc.
WARNING: These letters CANNOT be used for student loans, because they will not get deleted. However, the good news is that most lenders do not count against you for student loans in forbearance or in default.

It's available 24/7 and besides you'll be able to get more than one free report by the time we're done here. So why not call and do it now!
2. Meanwhile, copy this letter down and when you get your report, throw away any paperwork they may have sent that came with the report. This is important! Use only this letter.
Liza's Bureau Letter
Date:
Credit Bureau Name
Credit Bureau Address
To Whom It May Concern:
I recently received a copy of the report confirming my credit history, and I disagree with the following information:
(set up 3 columns in table if you desire)
Name of Creditor/Judgement Account Number Disagreement
ex1. Target #1234 collections Not my account
ex2. Target #5678 paid 30 days late Paid-never late
ex3. Dr's bill #1256 collections Paid on time, never late
I understand that you will check each item above, with the creditor reporting the information, and remove any information the creditor cannot verify. I further understand that you must complete your reinvestigation and issue me a copy of my credit report within 30 days of receipt of this letter. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

3. When you get your report, look over it. Dispute any negative information, even if you know it's yours! Legally, the bureaus have to prove the items belong to you. Make a copy of your report to send back with the letter. Mark/highlight any items you plan to dispute. Once these items are highlighted, write across them the disagreement type, whether it's "Paid" or "Not Mine". Send these back to each bureau. You'll note each bureau will have different items to dispute. This is absolutely normal.
Negative information to dispute:
tax liens (especially paid liens)
child support delinquencies
judgments
bankruptcy (if over 10 years request removal)
account closed-grantor's request
paid 60+days late
paid collection
paid charge off
current-was 60+ days late
charge-off
collections
Neutral items should be corrected not deleted:
paid 30 days late
current 30 days late
refinanced
settled
paid
credit card lost.
Excessive Inquires just look bad but never really hurt anyone despite what your mortgage broker says…Don't correct anything else that's wrong on your report besides the accounts. Not your name, your address, don't give a state ID as conformation, this updated information is what the bureaus sell to your creditors and telemarketers.
Other tips include to dispute around major holidays because if they take longer than 30 days to verify, you can pressure them to remove it. If they get it back to you on time, do not fret, I have a few more tricks in my bag.
