"No Experience Required"

What are companies really asking for when they post a "No Experience Required" job. Find out if you're really the person for the job.

Exactly what they mean

Who wants to hire someone with no experience?

Who wants a job where no experience is required?

You know what types of companies this works for? McDonald's, Burger King, and Taco Bell. Take your pick. Any job where they can say dip this and wipe this and all the experience you need is what you learned in pre-school are the jobs where no experience is needed. These are the companies that have a rule for pretty much everything down to when you use the restroom. And if you can follow these rules and in time enforce them they may even make you a manager. But if you can't, guess what they don't care your a dime a dozen and you can be replaced.

Do you really want a job where they expect nothing of you? What if your a free thinker and you love to be creative? Maybe it's time to use your creativity and brooding your requirements for what you expect from an employer.

Just remember the next time you apply for a job that says "No Experience Needed," they are really asking for exactly what they want.
