Are you interested in trading stocks, but don't know where to begin? Here are some helpful sites that full of information.

  1. Investopedia - This is number one on my list not only for the tutorials, dictionary, and articles, but for the free stock simulator. As you review the other sites and learn more about trading, you can sign-up for a simulator account and test your new skills without having to risk any of your own money.
  2. Yahoo Finance - Yahoo has great charts, a stock screener, access to annual reports, and much more.
  3. Motley Fool - A top rated all around site that provides analyst opinions in addition to stock news and research tools.
  4. Marketwatch - A research and news site provide by Dow Jones.
  5. ClearStation - This site is sponsored by E-Trade. The site also has nice charts, and the top A-Listed and Z-Listed stocks as rated by community members.
  6. StockCharts - A great site for good technical information.
  7. Morningstar - News and research for Stocks, Options, Funds, etc.
  8. Kiplinger - Provides good articles for investing advice.
  9. Bloomberg - Global market news, audio/video reports, and more.
  10. Google Finance - News, charts, and good technical information.
