Learn How to Motivate Others

Want to learn how to motivate people into doing their best and following you?

Want to know how to motivate people for their benefit whether it's in a sport or whatever you do? Here's some notes how to do just that.To motivate somebody first you want them to agree with you. The words persuade means to use sweetness so if you want somebody persuaded, use sweetness

Know Precisely What You Are Trying To Accomplish

  • Set goals
  • You can't accomplish anything unless you know where you're going and where you want to go

Place Yourself In The Other Person's Shoes

  • Share the same objectives to persuade others
  • People do things for themselves not for you
  • Start in their position and work them up

Expose The Problem Immediately

  • Deal with the problem upfront
  • Develop trust: To develop trust you must tell people your flaws up front so that they can believe you not that they find out later that you were a big loser

Be Prepared To Take a Risk

  • Fear is the surest cause of failure
  • Appeal to a higher vision
  • People want to be able to say that they accomplished it not their leader
  • Know when to stop
  • People lose arguments because they don't know when to stop talking
  • Put those simple steps into practice and you will have anybody persuaded in no time at all.
