We all know who Mike Jordan, Tiger Woods, Sidney Poitier, and Will Smith are;
talented sports players and entertainers. They got that way by practicing when many
others were playing and relaxing. I should know; I became a famous writer and
business consultant by researching when my buddies were watching TV.
I have heard my naive Eastern European neighbors exclaim in laminations that
Black people are all on drugs or welfare. I informed them that many people are on
drugs and welfare and that their color is not relevant. I also shared with him that
only “Blacks” were kidnapped and brought here to the US, while the Romanians
came here by choice.
While we all know that people will do what their society permits, too many “minorities” deal in drugs. Part of that reason is that the Anglos who control many of the businesses in the
US still practice quiet, covert, racism. The Blacks have power to overpower this
situation that they don't even know they have!
What Nelson Rockefeller's, Morgan's, Carnegie's granddads had going for them then
was their religion and race; Anglos. They knew who to talk to, who to listen to
and how to negotiate and they helped make America richer than the rest of the
world combined.
Educated Blacks rarely open up businesses for themselves. [Mr. Johnson and the billboards are the exception.]
However, instead of just creating philanthropies, the distrusted, misled Blacks of
America, can fight back today, legally and win big.
How?
Standard Oil and Ford and their respective competitors are all Anglos. They have
a brotherhood that has died. Old money and old fears of others. However, America
needs fuel and cars that go further on one unit of fuel. We need vehicles made
by minorities who have the common man and not the country club, in mind.
If a team of non-sports players would get together and design a new car that
uses only two fuels; methanol and electricity, and design the car for the young and
the middle aged too, the Blacks who build this and supply the methanol, could
take American by economic storm.
We need the combo vehicle because methanol is not exceedingly efficient and in some regions of the nation, it is not sunny for long, each day. It costs nothing to process methanol once the equipment is up and running; and perhaps a vehicle can be made that used either and methanol, biodiesel and /or ethanol.
We have seen pictures of full photovoltaic “sheets” laid out on top of cars in different tests. Some experimental cars also use solar cells. They convert sunlight directly into energy to power electric motors on the car.
Sunrayce is an bi-annual 1000 mile race across the USA. Only solar powered cars can take part. These cars can reach speeds of up to 50 mph and often average about 35 mph. Similar events are being arranged for solar powered boats and also bikes. [The car, dubbed the Sunraycer, is unlikely to earn a penny for its builder, General Motors. But the advanced technologies that were honed and brought together in the $8 million vehicle are expected to enrich automotive and aeronautical engineering, enhance the efficiency of electric motors and power vehicles that will travel as efficiently over the Martian desert as along a terrestrial highway.]
Those look dorky and are not very efficient. However, if a top Black team would create a few sharp car designs with some unique tracking devices to allow the cells to aim more at the sun, the vehicle could run fast and long.
Also-there is no reason whatever why a photovoltaic-equipped car need have monster
batteries. Let me offer a unique perspective and reminder, on this.
Back about the time of the Model T, Henry Ford learned that running boards were hot components of cars and thus, made their sale easier. He also knew that he was in control when buying tons of components from suppliers. So, he not only ordered the standard components, but
he also began stipulating that if he was to buy such components from his current suppliers,
these goods would have to begin being shipped in a specific type of wood box-it just
so happened that the wood specifications of the container box also matched the
running boards his customers wanted on their cars; so, Henry got the runners for free.
There is nothing to preclude a design team from stipulating that the chassis be made
of x percent metal and y and c components or materials so that the assembly plant
need only plug this and that into specific parts of the chassis to turn it into one
huge skinny battery! The same with the truck and hood and doors!
Just because no
one makes such a designed battery means nothing; it is time to make them like this!
And where the engine component sits, the engine can be built from very unique
plastic or combinations of plastic and metal to keep the explosion of the ignited
methanol from breaking the engine.
If also, a second Black team were to quietly set up 3 methanol distribution centers
in each large town for a beta test, and if the car design team quietly made 3-5 different beta test models, in no time at all, we would be seeing Methanol-electric cars running down the
roads, made by the first Black manufacturing firm in the world.
My guess is that within 24 months, after the bugs are worked out, these cars start selling
at the rate of 1,000 a day for 5 straight years, at a cost of $4,000 per car to be sold
for $10,000 per car, with the fuel retailing at twenty five cents a gallon and the vehicles getting
30 miles per gallon of fuel.
