Common Start-Up Financing Mistakes

Mistakes will happen with everyone, especially from beginners who are new to the field and have very less expertise. Even the multi national company owners are no strangers from making mistakes. The only difference is they have made their mistakes as building blocks for their success.

Few common mistakes made by start up entrepreneurs while financing can be sated as below:

  1. Spending too much. Spend where there is need in your business , where you can get more out of what you invest.
  2. Procrastinating your work may lead to low and poor job results.
  3. Saving is also important as spending. Save for the future of you company needs.
  4. You may have lots of debts from various banks and private financial institutions.
  5. Trying to do everything on your won without the advise of expertises.
  6. No proper business plan.
  7. Insufficient capital for starting up your business and you try to adjust with the existing capital which may result in low cheap quality results.
  8. No strong marketing plan.
  9. Investing money in things which don't profit you in long term.
  10. Too much hurry to meet the target quickly. In this hurry they may add up with all the effort needed to restructure the company.
