<![CDATA[I  agree with what you are saying; however, there is one major disadvantage to being a bagger: non-tipping customers. When a bagger bags someone's groceries and then that customer doesn't tip, the bagger essentially worked for free. It doesn't matter if the customer takes it out to the car themselves or not-the bagger still worked for them. If a customer doesn't have the money to tip the bagger, they can A) bag it themselves, B) use the self-checkout lanes, or C) get cash back to tip the bagger. No money is no excuse!
