<![CDATA[Please let us all know just how you are certain that the savings are NOT being passed along to you?  The fact that prices do not fall is not an absolute indicator that savings are not being passed along.  Perhaps without these savings the price you are paying should be higher than it is today.<br />

Also, in a free market, the seller does NOT set the price, the buyer does.  You are free to walk away from the purchase of anything that you think is not delivering VALUE for your money.  This is true even of those things that we may think are \"monopolies\", like local utilities.
