<![CDATA[I just took a class about it and it tought me how to deal with this kind of manager behaviors and they are cosiderate difficult people, my lesson tought me that with this managers you have to be straight to the point and breave, also they are considerate rude and they feel powerfull and in control by intimidating employess.
