America's economy wasn't just built on its intention to separate itself from Europe. It was also built by people who wanted to separate themselves from authority. Authority that tried to tell them how to run their lives. Most of them were immigrants. So how the hell do you think you can say Africa needs to rid itself of foreign investors, make laws restricting them, and then say they should follow America's example.

Africa does not need rules or charity. They need to encourage investors and 'good people' through low taxes and no intrusion. Just like Hong Kong and America. India and China are also now following this example.
