Thank you for sharing the information. I'm late 3 months on my mortgage because of financial Harship. I called my lender this week to discuss any possible loan modifications. They refuse to help me because the bank says I'm delinquent on my payments and I do not qualify for modification. They told me that I need to bring my balance to current and keep my payments for 10 months with no lates and they will look into my mortgage loan.<br />
Any suggestions. <br />

their lender is high and just getting through to the appropriate person is very <br />
