How do you want your clients to perceive you? You need to create the desired impression with your office. The culture of your business needs to be expressed in your physical office surroundings. You want to advertise your vision, your commitment, and your history of satisfied clients.

If you have industry recognitions or have won awards, put them on the wall. If you have advanced degrees or certifications, have them displayed as well. Most importantly, if you've received thank cards or letters of appreciation from clients, proudly hang those on your reception area walls.
