 <p>Make sure that you know your subject matter well.  Read extensively that you will be answer any questions that the audience ask during the presentation.</p>
 

<h3> Practice Makes Perfect</h3>

 <p>Rehearse giving your presentation in front of people that you  trust.  You will gain confidence.  They can also advise you on how to improve your presentation.</p>
 

<h3> Dress Appropriately</h3>

 <p>Wear an outfit that you feel comfortable in.  Make sure in matches the occasion.</p>
 

<h3> Be On Time</h3>

 <p>Arrive on time.  Be punctual.  You will be able to set up your equipment and sort out any other logistics that you need to.</p>
 

<h3> During The Presentation</h3>

 <p>Speak clearly and confidently.  Look at or just above the heads of your audience and take regular breaks (say every 15 minutes).</p>
 <p>Also ask questions to determine how well the understanding of the audience</p>
 

<h3> Evaluation</h3>

 <p>Do not be afraid to ask the audience to evaluate your presentation.  You can do this by issuing a questionnaire. <title>How to Ace That Interview</title>

<![CDATA[<p>All of us will attend a job interview at one time or another in our lives.  To be able to cope with the toughest interviews and make a good impression, you must prepare yourself well.  Here are a few points you may wish to consider when preparing yourself for that important job interview.</p>
 
 <h3>Know the Organisation</h3>
 <p>Do some research on the organisation you wish to join.  You will gain a better understanding of the position you are applying for.  This may help you to answer questions during the interview.</p>
 
 <h3>Position Description</h3>
 <p>Get a position description for the post you are applying for.  This is very important.  You will be able to determine whether you are qualified and competent enough to perform in this position.  You will also be able to determine whether you have worked in a similar position.  If you need to have any particular skills or technical knowledge you will know this by reading the position description.</p>
 <p>Note that this will be a great help to you.  If you need to, do any research on the position.  This is because you will know exactly what the job entails by reading the position description.  You will be able to answer any questions with great confidence because of this.</p>
 

<h3> The Day Before The Job Interview</h3>

 
 <p>Get a good night's sleep so you are refreshed and do not look tired during the interview.  Do not party the night before the interview.  Nothing makes a worse impression that having a hangover and smelling of booze and or drugs during an interview.</p>
 
 <p>If you are not familiar with the area where the interview will be held.  Take a trip to the area.  Make a note of the bus or train schedules so you are not late to the interview.</p>
 

<h3> Dress Appropriately</h3>

 
 <p>Wear clean, neat and ironed clothes, that are comfortable.  Do not wear too much make up or perfume as you do not want to overpower the interview panel.  Make sure your shoes are clean, neat and polished. Remember first impressions do count.</p>
 
 <p>Refresh your memory and read your c.v. you may be asked questions on this. </p>

 The Interview:</h3>

Eat a proper meal before you leave home.
 




Leave home with plenty of time to spare.  There is no harm in being 10 minutes early.  You will be able to calm any last minute nerves that you may have.  </li>

 



<li>At the beginning of the interview

 shake hands with the interview panel while you are being introduced to them

 
 
When answering questions look the interviewer right in the eye</li>

Keep your answers short and straight to the point.
  Rambling on will not gain any points and it may throw you off course too.If you do not know the answer do not pretend that you do.  Simply state that you do not know

<li>Thank the interview panel
 at the end of the interview and again shake hands with them before you leave
