Managing people is I see as an in built skill and also as a knowledge which people derive from the Institutions they are opportune to attend. Moreover, people’s management has a lot of effect on the organisations or Firms. This can make an Organisation or Firm to appreciate or depreciate in profits, prospects and standards.
