Can you imagine being fired from a job because you walk too slow? What if the person you were paired up with was 6ft with wider strides and you were 4ft 11.5 inches with shorter strides? Is height now apart of job performance?

From time to time we come across those situations where you and your boss might disagree. Disagreement is normal but if your boss begins to perceive you as being ideologically different from him/her you could get into political hot water.
